The 3 Basic Rules we follow when we Ship our records.1. Individually wrap & tape each item separately in bubble wrap. NO EXCEPTIONS!2. Box within album mailers which are specifically designed to ship records, ALWAYS! 3. We mark the package -Fragile- on every side! We place a stamp or a fat marker, inform everyone who sees the box! We add insurance on our handling! It is up to us the Seller & packager to get the package to you the Buyer in one piece! Shipping method:If shipping a single or in bundle, we use the Priority Mail services. Shipping records in a Priority Mail box the cost is higher using this method, but we have never had issues getting our shipments to their destination.Insurance/TrackingAny international order over $40 will have a tracking fee of $18,99 that will make sure your record is delivered and protected.Shipping Cost InternationalCD & 7" Records $8.99 and each additional $4.5010", 12" & LP Records $13.99 and each additional $6.99 Shipping Cost USAny Item $4.00 and each additional $1.50 |

| All returned items must be returned in the same condition as you received them; this includes the original packaging. Damaged packages will not be accepted. | |
| We allow you two days to inspect your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, or if your item(s) arrive damaged, you are welcome to return them within the designated time frame. | |
| Please pack the item in secure packaging, preferably in the original
packaging to avoid any delay in the processing of your refund due the
inspection of the item. |
Damaged on Arrival:
Save the stub from the post office or the PayPal transaction to print out. Please photograph the box and contents and email us. We will refund you if the insured item(s) arrive broken. We know you DID NOT pack or ship the box! We hold the responsibility of proof to the post office on the insurance claim.
