[ + ] I'm using an Apple MAC with IE and your search results take ages to load or won't display properly.

There are some bugs with Internet Explorer on the Mac platform that effect the display of sites such as ours that use complex table layouts and style sheets. Unfortunately, since MicroSoft ceased supporting Explorer for Mac quite some time ago, there will probably never be a fix for this.

If possible, you should consider using the latest version of the Mac web browser "Safari" as this web browser software should not have the same problem.

Delivery times will vary depending on the seller and also from which country your order is being despatched. A rough guide for time between despatch and delivery is as follows:-

US - 3-5 days
UK - 3-7 days
Europe - 7-10 days
Outside Europe - 10-14 days

Please note that orders may take longer if they are delayed in customs.

The ordering and shopping trolley system requires at least browsers.
Earlier browsers may work but we cannot guarantee their suitability. You must also allow the sondealrecords.com web site to store cookies on your computer, and must have JavaScript enabled.

Shopping Cart and Checkout Quick Tips

Find above your cart display, with all products and services you added to you order. Inside the cart you can update the item quantities individually, by change the quantity field and clicking on the update cart button. If you decide to continue shopping click on the continue shopping button and you will be re-directed to the site main page, or re-directed to the page where you came from or you can use the side or top menus.

To proceed to the order completion click on the proceed to checkout button, and you will be re-directed to enter your billing and shipping information.

After you click continue checkout and you will be re-directed to the confirm page where you check all your info and click the submit order to process the payment.

AFTER CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT ORDER BUTTON YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO PAYPAL WEBSITE AS OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY WHERE YOU CAN PAY USING YOUR PAYPAL BALANCE OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Client agrees that sondealrecords.com may use data collected from the Client only as permitted by the Privacy Policy and we agreed to use such data only as permitted by such Privacy Policy, and the site terms of use which are incorporated herein by this reference as if fully stated herein.

SondealRecords.com will provide the Products ordered by the Client, subject to all of the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to the Services set forth on the website. The Client will pay for the Products or Services at the price indicated in the order. We may change the prices for the Products or Services at any time and any such change in prices will be effective immediately on this website. All fees collected under this Agreement are fully earned when due and non refundable when paid. All purchases due under this Agreement must be paid in United States dollars via credit card or other payment method acceptable during the Cart Checkout. Client agrees to provide its accurate name, mailing address, telephone and other contact information in Client’s profile and to update such contact details as they may change.

It is very easy to search for music at sondealrecords.com. Items can be searched by artist name, by item title, by label, or by genre - simply enter the search query on the "search field at any page" and click the search button and you will be taken to our search system. Due to the large amount of items in the sondealrecords.com database it may take a few moments to display the results of your searches.

If your search results empty, you can use our advanced search feature
At our Advanced search tool, you can search for artist, or label, or production or genre, or sub-genre or record format using the drop down list for each search option you can combine search criteria to narrow the results.
